This Christmas, 1,500 kiddos in foster care across Northern Colorado need something warm to hold onto. For some, a Project Warm Up blanket may be the only Christmas gift they receive.
It's easy to see a need this big and wonder whether one person can really make a difference. You can. For about $18, you can put a handmade fleece blanket into the hands of one local kiddo in foster care.
When you donate to Project Warm Up, 100% of every donation goes directly toward fleece. We purchase fleece in bulk, helping your dollars reach even more children.
Our goal is simple: 1,500 blankets for 1,500 kiddos.
Every blanket is handmade, every dollar goes to fleece, and every gift lands in the hands of a local child in foster care. Help us close the gap!

However you're able to show up — a gift, your hands, or your time — there's a place for you in Project Warm-Up.
💙Give warmth for about $18. Your donation helps purchase the fleece we use to make every blanket. Because we buy in bulk, your gift stretches further, and 100% of your donation goes directly toward fleece.
✂️Turn a little time into something a child can hold onto. Tie blankets from home on your own schedule, with your family, or with friends. We'll send you the simple instructions, sizes, deadlines, and drop-off information.
🙋Come help us turn fleece into gifts. Join us December 11 for our community blanket-tying event. Come on your own, bring your family, or gather a group and help us create blankets for local kiddos. Every set of hands gets us closer to our goal!
🏢Help provide the fleece that makes it all possible.
Project Warm Up relies on financial support to purchase fleece in bulk and keep the cost of each blanket as low as possible. Sponsorship gives your business or organization an opportunity to make a meaningful local impact and help provide Christmas gifts for more children.
🤝Bring your people together for a purpose.
Turn your next company, church, school, team, or community gathering into a blanket-tying event. Project Warm Up will provide the information you need to organize your group and tie blankets. It's an easy, hands-on way to serve local children while bringing your own community closer together.
Project WarmUp is powered by people who care. We're deeply grateful to the local businesses and organizations who support our mission and help us bring comfort, connection, and handmade warmth to kids and children in foster care across Northern Colorado.
